Break the Pattern
A PRIVATE, 1:1 SUBCONSCIOUS TRANSFORMATION INTENSIVE
This personalized six-session subconscious transformation process focuses on transforming recurring negative patterns at their subconscious, emotional, nervous-system, and energetic roots.
Who the intensive is for…
The Break the Pattern Intensive is for people who are self-aware and still feel stuck.
You are a strong fit if you are dealing with:
- chronic stress and nervous system overload
- overthinking and indecision
- burnout and emotional exhaustion
- grief, betrayal, trauma, or unresolved emotional pain
- repeating relationship patterns
- fear, self-doubt, or inner conflict
- feeling disconnected from yourself
- a deeper sense that something more needs to change
A personalized subconscious transformation process guided by Kevin Russell
Kevin brings more than two decades of mind/body exploration and over ten years of focused training and practice across subconscious transformation, nervous-system regulation, emotional transformation, breathwork, energy work, and intuitive guidance.
What happens in the intensive?
Each subconscious transformation session begins with a clear conversation about what is happening, what feels stuck, and what you want to change.
From there, we work with grounding, regulation, subconscious inquiry, and deeper transformation processes to address the symptoms at the level where they are actually living.
Step 1: Map the Pattern
We define the recurring pattern we are focusing on, its triggers, its everyday consequences, the desired change, and set the goal at your new internal baseline.
Step 2: Stabilize the System
We address nervous-system activation, energetic stress, and the protective responses preventing deeper change.
Step 3: Transform at the Source
We identify and repattern the subconscious beliefs, emotional associations, and life experiences that are maintaining and sustaining the undesirable pattern.
Step 4: Release the Repetition
We work with relationship dynamics, parts work, inner-child material, conditioned reactions, or future fears associated with the pattern to reduce the emotional charge connected to familiar triggers and develop a more supportive response to the situations that previously activated the pattern.
Step 5: Establish the New Baseline
We strengthen new beliefs and work with past experiences (and the meanings associated with them) to create new, positive baselines you can trust. We integrate reaction disruption exercises designed to improve healthy boundaries, self-trust, and embodied capacity.
Step 6: Integrate the Transformation
We measure change, consolidate progress, identify remaining priorities, and create your personalized integration plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy?
This work is an educational, experiential, and transformational process. I am not a licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, or medical provider, and our sessions do not include diagnosis, psychotherapy, or medical treatment.
My work focuses on the subconscious beliefs, emotional associations, nervous-system responses, energetic patterns, and survival programming that may be influencing how you feel, respond, relate, and move through life.
Can this work complement therapy or medical care?
Yes. Many of my clients work with me alongside therapy, medical care, coaching, or other healing practices.
This intensive is designed to support your broader healing and personal-development journey. It does not replace care from a qualified medical or mental-health professional. I encourage you to continue working with your existing providers and to make any decisions about treatment or medication directly with them.
During your Fit & Readiness Call, we can discuss the support you currently have in place and whether this work is appropriate for you at this time.
What happens during a session?
Each session lasts between 90-minutes to 2 hours, and is personalized around what you are experiencing, what has changed since our previous session, and what your system is ready to address next.
We typically begin by identifying the desired outcome for the session and exploring the thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, beliefs, or triggers connected to the pattern. From there, I may draw from subconscious belief repatterning, nervous-system regulation, guided emotional and stress transformation, breathwork, brain-balancing practices, energy work, intuitive guidance, parts work, or self-muscle testing.
You remain conscious, engaged, and in choice throughout the process. We close each session by helping your system integrate the work and identifying anything that will support you between sessions.
Why six sessions?
Recurring patterns are rarely maintained by a single belief or experience. They can involve layers of subconscious programming, accumulated stress, emotional associations, nervous-system responses, protective parts, and learned ways of relating to yourself and others.
Six sessions give us the space to understand the pattern, transform its underlying layers, reinforce the shifts you are making, and support integration into your everyday life.
The intensive is focused enough to create momentum while giving your system time to process, adapt, and establish a more supportive internal baseline.
What is proxy testing?
With your permission, I may use proxy muscle testing as one part of our inquiry. In this approach, I test through my own body while focused on your system and the question we are exploring. I use the responses as directional information within an experiential process – not as diagnosis, medical testing, or a replacement for your own judgment. You remain informed, engaged, and in choice throughout the work.
How quickly do people experience change?
Every person and every pattern is different.
Some clients report feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, or less emotionally charged during their first session. Others begin noticing changes over the following days or weeks as they encounter familiar situations and realize they are responding differently.
Deeper or long-standing patterns may reveal several layers across the intensive. Results vary based on the complexity of the pattern, your readiness, your participation, your current circumstances, and the support your system needs.
The intention is to create meaningful, integrated change—not to force your process into an artificial timeline.
What if I have several patterns I want to address?
That is very common. Anxiety, overgiving, perfectionism, relationship triggers, procrastination, fear of visibility, and difficulty trusting yourself may appear separate while sharing a deeper subconscious or nervous-system root.
At the beginning of the intensive, we will identify the pattern creating the greatest impact in your life and define a clear primary outcome. As we transform that central pattern, clients often report positive shifts in other areas connected to it.
We will continue evaluating your progress throughout the six sessions and adjust our focus when another layer becomes relevant.
Are sessions virtual?
Yes. All six sessions are held virtually, allowing you to participate from a private, comfortable space without needing to travel.
Please plan to join from a quiet location where you can be fully present, speak openly, and remain uninterrupted for the duration of the session.
Is the investment refundable?
The investment is non-refundable because your place and session time are reserved specifically for you.
If your circumstances change, the unused portion of your investment may be applied toward another eligible workshop, course, or offer with Kevin. Any transfer will be based on the value of the unused services and the availability and pricing of the offer you choose.
If you select a payment plan, you are committing to the full investment rather than purchasing one session at a time.
What happens after the intensive?
During our final session, we will review the work we completed, the shifts you have experienced, the areas that may still need support, and the practices that can help you continue integrating the transformation.
Your next step will be based on what genuinely serves you. You may feel ready to continue independently, complete another focused intensive, participate in a workshop or group experience, or explore longer-term mentorship for broader life transformation and Earth-Suit mastery.
There is no automatic expectation to continue. If additional support would benefit you, we will discuss the options together and choose the path that aligns with your goals, readiness, and desired depth of work.
When Another Form of Support May Serve You Better
Break the Pattern is designed for people who are able to participate in a reflective, experiential process and apply what they are learning between sessions.
This intensive may not be the appropriate next step when you are seeking:
- diagnosis, psychotherapy, or medical treatment
- emergency or crisis support
- a guaranteed outcome or specific timeline
- someone else to make personal, relationship, medical, or financial decisions for you
- support you are not currently able to participate in consistently
When another form of care would better serve your needs, I will encourage you to connect with an appropriately qualified professional.
